Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were super comfortable, equipped with a king-sized bed and a packed minibar, plus the view of the airport and mountains was a fantastic bonus. The dining experience was top-notch with delicious options available. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor cons.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, although a bit small for four people, were surprisingly comfortable and offered breathtaking views of the large volcano nearby. The service provided by the amazing staff was warm, helpful, and very friendly, making my stay hassle-free. The location was ideal, being centrally located in a consulate zone within walking distance of the city's business center and surrounded by conveniences. The dining options were satisfactory, with the Market restaurant on the lobby level offering a decent selection. However, the prices were on the higher side. The facilities were adequate, catering to my basic needs during the stay.
